Andy Aadmi Still Conquering The Track With World Record Time In Age Group

Healthy living Andy Aadmi’s message to the community is – “please do exercise, eat healthy, worship your body, must think positive, enjoy the life.”

SURREY – Local businessman Andy Aadmi, known as the fastest man in his age group, won the Gold in 300 metres hurdles and Bronze in 400 metres and 200 metres at the World Masters track meet held at Sacramento, California from 6th July to 17th July, where 95 countries participated and more than 5000 athletes competed.

“It was a very tough meet with lots ex Olympians participating,” Aadmi said. “It was surprising to see how people are maintaining their  health. Athletes feel proud if qualify for final heat, if they win medal, it is very rewarding to feel first in the world.”

Athletes from 35 to 101 years old participated at the event.

Aadmi also competed in the indoor world track meet at Kamloops, in 2010, where he won gold medal in 400m race and Bronze in 200m race. He has collected more than 250 medals in various  meets , national and international.

Aadmi considers health is more valuable than  any other types of wealth. His message to the community is – “please do exercise, eat healthy, worship your body, must think positive, enjoy the life.”
