Former federal Liberal party cabinet minister Herb Dhaliwal, who remains active in rebuilding his one mighty party, hosted a reception for his ex-cabinet colleague Sheil Copps, who is seeking the presidency of the Liberal Party of Canada as it continues down a road of renewal. Dhaliwal and his wife Neelu Kang hosted the reception at their Richmond residence.
