BA – The body of a 53-year-old man reported missing for three days was found in his home at Vutuni in Ba yesterday. West police spokeswoman Naina Ragigia said neighbours were alerted by a foul smell emanating from the house of the deceased, Vinod Kumar, who was last seen alive last Thursday.
His son, Vinay, said his father lived by himself in the family home at Vutuni.
“I came to check the house because a friend had called and told me he had not seen my dad for three days. I was shocked to find him dead,” the younger Mr Kumar said.
Ms Ragigia said: “investigations into the issue have started and the police will only comment again when investigations and the post-mortem examination are completed.”
