Did you try the meditation? It’s reallyvery easy.For health of the mind you needmeditation.If we all practice meditation at thesame time it is much more effective. Thevibrations become stronger. I would suggest9pm daily for all time zones, as it isbetween dinner and bedtime for mostpeople, so people are more relaxed.Follow this schedule:Sunday 9pm: Relax the mind and body asdescribed below, then meditate on “I ama Divine, peaceful soul.”Monday 9pm: “I am a Divine, Lovingsoul.”Tuesday 9pm: “ I am a Divine compassionatesoul.”Wednesday 9pm: “ I am a Divine, forgivingsoul.”Thursday 9pm: “I am a Divine, generoussoul.”Friday 9pm: “I am a Divine, pure soul.”Saturday 9pm: “I am a Divine, truthfulsoul.”Imagine investing only ten minutes aday towards making your life, and the lifeof those around you, better. It would bea worthwhile achievement! How? The secretis meditation:You are a spiritual being. The languageof the Spirit (Soul) is Peace, Love,Compassion, Forgiveness, Generosity,Purity and Truth.The language that is not of the Spiritis Anger, Greed, Lust, Egotism, Violence,Hate and Envy.How to do it:1. Choose a quiet time and location inyour home. Use the same place and timeevery day.2. Sit quietly, relax the whole body,close the eyes and concentrate on thebreath for approximately two minutes. Donot use a watch, as it is distracting.3. Once the body and mind are relaxed,mentally confirm, “I am a Divineand Peaceful Soul.” Develop the feelingthat you are a Divine and Peaceful Soul.4. Repeat the process everyday usingone of the seven attributes each day.For example, day 2: “I am a Divine andLoving Soul.” Day 3: “I am a Divine andCompassionate Soul.” Etc.5. At the end of seven days, repeatthe cycle, and continue indefinitely.6. Do not set a goal. Let your developmentbe a natural process from within.7. Do not be concerned about thenegative qualities. They will automaticallyget weaker and leave you in time.8. Practice this with your family andfriends as feasible, and be persistent inyour practice.Your subconscious mind will absorbthe good qualities and make it a part ofyour nature.
