Double Role For Salman Khan In Sooraj Barjatya’s Next?

According to sources, SalmanKhan might be playing a doublerole in Sooraj Barjatya’s nextfilm.An industry source says,“Salman is playing a double rolein the film and he is quite excitedabout teaming up with SoorajBarjatya after a gap of 15 years.The film’s remaining cast is yetto be finalised.”Though not much is knownabout the film, our source addsthat this will be different fromSooraj Barjatya’s trademarkfilms.The source says, “Sooraj is stillworking on the script and it is asubject that is close to hisfather’s heart. The film revolvesaround young royalty where thelead actress will play a princess.”And while there is no confirmationyet on who will play thefemale lead in the film, it isbeing said that Sonam Kapoor isone of the contenders for therole.Deepika was earlier approachedfor the role but she couldn’tcommit to the project due todate issues.“A huge set is currently underconstruction at the studio andmore than 70 per cent of thefilm will be shot on the set,’’ saysthe source.The film will go on floors inMay and is slated to release duringDiwali next year.
