A number of Vancouver police officers, including model super-cop Kalwinder Singh “Kal” Dosanjh, were honoured for their work with the Exemplary Community Service Award from the Khalsa Diwan Society in Vancouver. “The pressure that our youth face today can be overwhelming but victory or defeat is not determined at the time of the crisis but in the long road of preparation,” Dosanjh said. “Let’s all work together to prepare our youth for the future.” Dosanjh is seen here with his wife Sandy Dosanjh (left) and his colleagues who received the plaque.
