HOSHIARPUR – State Minister for Tourism and Cultural Affairs Sohan Singh Thandal said a monument in the memory of Guru Ravidass would be built over 15 acres of land at Khuralgarh village in Garhshankar sub-division of the district.
The estimated cost of the monument was Rs 100 crore, according to authorities.
Thandal said this during his visit to Khuralgarh that the process of acquiring the land for the project had been started. He took stock of the project plan and directed the district administration to speed up the acquisition process.
