The “Ajuba” In Anandpur Sahib!

Virasat-E-Khalsa is a landmark in Sikh history and culture known as  a Khalsa Heritage Complex. But for the locals and ordinary folks ,the unique monument in Anandpur Sahib near Chandigarh is simply known as “Ajuba”. And it certainly is a wonder.

Impressively designed by Israeli architect Moshe Safdie, the museum along with the surrounding water pools is spread over an area of 65 acres. It is almost walking distance from the historic Ananadpur Sahib Gurdwara, the birth place of the Khalsa Panth.
