Sikh Research Institute Canada Hosting 4th Annual Fundraiser On Oct. 26

SURREY – Sikh Research Institute Canada is hosting its 4th annual fundraising event on Sunday, 26 October 2014 at The Grand Taj Banquet Hall in Surrey. The event will be from 11am to 2pm and Lunch will be provided. This year the theme is about the Sikh Character and the topics of discussion will be presented by, Harinder Singh, CEO and Founder of SikhRI and Inni Kaur, Board of Directors.

Harinder Singh is a world renowned Sikh scholar who is respected for the dedication, research and programs he has coordinated both domestically and internationally.

Inni Kaur is a published poet, author and an accomplished painter. She is a community activist raising awareness on many key faith and women’s issues.

The Sikh Research Institute Canada provides educational programming and strives to design and host events which bring together Sikhs, and also the non-Sikh community. With the community support we have been able to provide local programming for Sikhs of all ages.
