Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival & Networking Event at SFU Woodwards, World Art Centre on Sunday, November 30.
VANCOUVER – The 4th annual Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival will be held on Sunday, November 30th at the beautiful World Art Centre at the SFU Woodward Building in Gastown. For the very first time Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival will be hosting a film networking event.

The event will start with two actor workshops; Actors-cornerstone with Henry Mah and Actorium with Michelle Meyrink from 2pm to 5pm.
The evening session will start with 5 shorts films which are directed and produced by Vancouver based filmmakers.
Visaff will also be running a panel after showcasing the films with some key film industry experts. The panel members are as follows; Kim Roberts (Producer and Entertainment Lawyer – Sepia films), Paul Armstrong (Executive Producer of Crazy8), Judy Lee (Casting Director), R. Paul Dhillon (Director of MMM Films), Mandeep Sandhu (Director of Sand Dune Films) and Carleen Kyle (Executive Director of Woman in Film and Television).
A cocktail party will commence after the panel discussion which will provide local filmmakers, actors, directors, producers and attendants an opportunity to connect with each other.
The festival is encouraging everyone involved in the Vancouver film-network by connecting with fellow filmmakers and artists, and get inspired to create your own projects.
