MUMBAI: Corporator Brian Miranda has written to the assistant commissioner of H-west ward, claiming that after the seven-day notice given by the BMC to actor Shah Rukh Khan to demolish a ramp near his bungalow in Bandra, he has failed to have the same demolished. Miranda has claimed that he is aghast that the authorities had failed to take any action of the eighth day—Friday. For this, Miranda said he would not attend any civic meeting for a month. In protest, he also felicitated the assistant commissioner with a bouquet of flowers .

Miranda said that he had earlier raised a point of order at the ward-level meeting against the ramp, terming it ‘illegal’ in September 2014 but said that he had failed to get any favourable response from the authorities.

“I have already communicated my grievance to the local ward officeand am awaiting action to be taken,” said Miranda
