NDP Leader Tom Mulcair made a sweet stop in Surrey Thursday along with NDP MPs Jasbir Sandhu (Surrey North) and Jinny Sims (Newton-North Delta), sampling a sweet platter at Aggarwal Sweets restaurant and the making his way for some more colour at Bhatia Fashions to meet with their staffs and patrons, and discuss his plan to help small businesses and create middle class jobs.
