They say that matches are made in heaven then why do we go look for them? Why do we always wonder who we’re going to end up with or spend our lives with? Why are we always looking when single and sometimes not content when with someone?
I think that as humans, we all need change or our lives can become rather boring and uneventful which can further cause us to do things that we don’t really want or should. Change is important and we must keep changing with time as this makes our lives more worthwhile and exciting. Also I certainly believe that ‘matches’ or ‘pairing’, whatever we may call them, come into our lives for a reason and meet the people we meet for a reason. We should be happy and content with a person that makes us feel complete and avoid temptations as temptations are just temporary and are usually not long lasting. In my opinion, qualities of a good partner are:
Someone who understands you
Someone you watches your back
Someone who cares about you
Someone who shows affection
Someone who you can spend hours with
Someone who makes you laugh and smile often
Someone you can’t be mad at for long
Someone you often miss
Someone you feel comfortable with
Someone you can trust
Someone that makes you feel good
If you feel this way about someone then consider them a good match for you! Good people are hard to come by and if you’re lucky enough to come across them then you should definitely find a way to keep them around.
