Cindy Khela and Tarannum Thind of CITARA Events held a very memorable Mother’s Day event called High Chai, a concept they described as innovative formula to bring together the desi community in a modern way. High Chai wasn’t just a social event but also an opportunity to support an important charity- Hannah & Amelia’s Angels Foundation. The foundation focuses on giving back to children and orphanages and was inspired from a personal tragedy which the founder turned into an outlet for giving back. The emceeing was masterfully done by actress and tv host Zara Durrani .
