SURREY – The music industry knows Harj Nagra as a top Bhangra music producer but this son of a famous Nagra (businessman and Punjabi arts impresario Bobby Nagra) has now turned vocalist with his first solo track called All Night, which released worldwide on Friday, Jan. 29 and is now available for download from itunes and other online platforms.

All Night marks a major step forward for Harj, who also has a significant role in the upcoming Amrinder Gill film Love Punjab, which is his follow-up to the hugely successful and all time record-breaker Angrej.

Look for the talented Harj Nagra to take the next step his famous father only dreamed of taking himself (remember Bobby Nagra acted in a number of Punjabi films and even taught acting in Vancouver) but it’s also the culmination of many years of the Nagras devoting themselves to Indo-Canadian arts and music scene here in Vancouver and globally through artists like Jazzy B. and Sukshinder Shinda.

Harj describes his first solo track as an urban Panjabi track where he has put his creativity to work with smooth vocals and a heavy beat.

The new single also features rapper Jimmy G and the music video has been directed by Abbotsford-based video director Sukh Sanghera.

Harj has put his imagination into his work and produced a killer combo track which is sure to be a global success.

Harj has already had worldwide success with Range Rover & Dil Vaarda in the last 2 years. They both charted highly and stayed at pole positions for weeks, proving to be a winner in producing.

With his new track “All Night”, showcasing a new Punjabi urban sound with self written catchy lyrics – Harj has most certainly raised the bar for himself in his solo release.

The single is out worldwide on Speed records and Moviebox on January 29th.
