Richmond City Councilor Bill McNulty and Chinese community activist Peter Liu organized a forum on community safety as well as a number of other issues including Chinese only signage etc. The forum was held on Friday, March 11 at China House Restaurant. Participants included representatives from various communities who call Richmond their home.
