Sikh Sangat Membership Drive

Members of the Sikh Sangat Society in Vancouver, who have been fighting the moderates at Khalsa Diwan Society (Ross Street Gurdwara), the Sikhs’ oldest Society in North America, continue their membership efforts for the upcoming elections at the temple. Sikh Sangat recently suffered a huge set back when their leader Amarjit Singh “Amar” Sandhu was shockingly killed in a professional style paid hit. Many in the community are saying his murder is linked to politics at the Ross Street temple but police have not come up with much evidence as to who is behind Sandhu’s murder.
