South Asian LINK editor R. Paul Dhillon was given a VIP pass for the Swearing-In-Oath-Taking of Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh (aka The Raja-King) and his cabinet of senior ministers, which took place in Chandigarh at 10am Thursday morning. The new Punjab cabinet includes Dhillon’s family friend and 7-term MLA Brahm Mohindra (Health), Navjot Singh Sidhu (Local Bodies) and Manpreet Badal (Finance Minister) Dhillon said in his estimation, Sidhu and Badal are most likely successors to The Raja, who has said he will not run after this term. But Sidhu has the inside track as Congressmen will be reluctant to have Manpreet, a scion of the Badal family, be their Chief Minister. But only time will tell as in Politics – there is nothing certain!
