Surrey developper J. S. Randhawa and his team including his son-in-law Gary Sidhu unveiled their newest development Park Place at 77 and 156th street by having an Open House and a party on Father’s Day. Randhawa, who has been in the property business for a long time, is the baby brother of Dave Randhawa – the first ever Indo- Canadian Inspector for the Vancouver Police Department. It was great to see people like Parm Chattu – the ex-VPD officer and former colleague of Dave Randhawa there as well. Randhawa and Sidhu also gave the great VPD officer Kal Dosanjh fronted KidsPlay $20,000 in donation, one of the biggest donation received by KidsPlay.
