Indo-Canadian Man From Surrey Facing Child Pornography Charges After Caught At Ontario-US Border

It is not known how Surgit Singh Bachra was caught or his phone or computer was seized that contained child pornography but there is some chatter on Whatsapp that the images may have been part of the sharing process in whatsapp which may have triggered the charges. But this is just social media chatter and not to be taken as fact as police have released very little information on Bachra’s arrest other than that officers from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) flagged Bachra as he re-entered Canada from the US on Monday.
