Surrey RCMP Inspector Bill Parmar has been promoted to Duty Officer, in charge of “D” Watch frontline. Parmar has 22 years of policing experience and has spent the past 5 years supporting police operations at Surrey Detachment. He is known for his approachable leadership style and calm demeanour.
