SUVA – A total of 15 cases of missing persons were reported at various police stations around the country from 1st August to date. Reports of missing persons are lodged almost on a daily basis.
Most of these missing persons are teenagers who return home after several days, in some cases after several months.
Director Community Policing Unit Senior Superintendent Fulori Rainibogi said there is a need for parents and guardians to advice children on the importance of returning home on scheduled times.
She said parents need to know the company their children keep.
