Surrey RCMP is advising the public that a Canada wide warrant has been issued for a parolee who failed to return a halfway house on Wednesday.
On April 26, 2023, Correction Service Canada issued a Canada wide warrant for Shire Osman, after he failed to return to his halfway house in Surrey, BC. Osman is on parole in relation to a sexual assault causing bodily harm conviction out of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Shire Osman is described as a 25-year-old man, 6’1, 177 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes (see attached photo).
Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Shire Osman to contact Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502. If you see Osman do not approach him, call 911.
