Chitrangda will be seen inSudhir Mishra’s next ‘TheClean Up’, a short film beingmade for Large Short Film.Having worked withSudhir Mishra on films likeHazaaron Khwaishein Aisi,Kal – Yesterday and Tomorrowand Yeh Saali Zindagi,Chitrangda Singh shares a greatrapport with the filmmaker.Sowhen it came to doing a shortfilm for the director,Chitrangda simply could notrefuse the director.Chitrangda will be seen inSudhir Mishra’s next The CleanUp, a short film being made forLarge Short Film.Sushant Singh will be playingthe lead opposite theactress.
“Though it is a short film,the director hopes to create themagic of 70mm on a tinyscreen with this film and has asong composed especially byRahul Ram and Amit Kilam ofIndian Ocean”, says a sourceassociated with the film.It is said that Mishra rejectedalmost 12 scripts before hezeroed in on the perfect storyfor Large Short Film.
As for Large Short films, itis a large collaborative featurefilm. 12 directors from 12 citieswill make 12 short films of 10minutes each.These films will be mergedto make one single 120-minutefeature film, which will bereleased on December 12,2012.Unlike other short filmprojects, Large Short Films willbe a continuous project.
