Constable Shaelyn Yang: A friend, a daughter, a hero

Gone too soon: Lower Mainland’s community witnessed the untimely tragic loss of the RCMP officer Shaelyn Yang who lost her life in the line of duty. Yang worked in the Burnaby detachment’s mental health and homelessness outreach team. She was stabbed to death Tuesday while responding to a call about a tent in a local park.
