Indo-Canadian Dominated Surrey School Basketball Wins Fraser Valley Championship

SURREY – Surrey’s Panormama Ridge grade 8 girls team, which is dominated by Indo-Canadian players, won the Fraser Valley Baskeball Championship in a final match with Holy Cross Regional High School on Monday Feb 24th, which was held in Agassiz, BC.

Simrat K. Dosanjh was selected as the match’s Most Valuable Player award for her performance in the final match. While Arman K. Sahota got the All Star award for scoring most goals in the championship game.

Kuljit K. Johal, Savannah Dhaliwal, Simrit Bindra, Arshdeep Gill and Harneet Dadrao also played extra ordinary well in championship, which led to their big win. ll be �� e �tp �p Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. It will also see power-packed performances by Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and Abhishek Bachchan, among others.
