TORONTO, ON: Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting last weekend in Rexdale, Ontario.
Toronto Police said that Jasmit Badesha, 25, of Mission, B.C., was the man gunned down on Sunday at 11:37 p.m. near the parking lot of a residential building in the Bergamot Dr.-Rexdale Blvd. area.
He was located outside near the parking lot of a residential building.
Life-saving measures were performed, but Badesha was pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
Police have not released any suspect information as well as a possible motive for the shooting.
