Madhuri Dixit: Felt Shy Romancing Nasseruddin Shah

MUMBAI – Bollywood divaMadhuri Dixit, who will beseen romancing industryveteran NasseruddinShah in ‘Dedh Ishqiya’,says though she wascomfortable workingwith him, she felt shywhile enacting intensescenes with him.Vishal Bharadwaj’s‘Dedh Ishqiya’ isa sequel to 2010hit film ‘Ishqiya’.Nass e r ud d i nand ArshadWarsi are seen reprising theirroles from the previous installmentwhile Madhuri andHuma Qureshi are the newadditions.“I was not nervous workingwith him. His eyes had an intensefeeling. Whenever we didintense scenes, I was feelingshy. He is a natural actor, youjust have to react when you actwith him,” Madhuri Dixit toldreporters at the trailer launchof the film.“I was comfortable workingwith him. I was just playing thecharacter… had fun,” she said.Madhuri dixit plays the roleof Begum Para in the sequel.It was her character and scriptthat made her say yes to thefilm.“I had seen ‘Ishqiya’ and hadloved it. They approached mefor the sequel… I loved mycharacter and the story verymuch. It was a tight script withromance, trust, betrayal andother elements,” she said.“We shot in remote areas…travelled almost two hours…shot in dirty locations. We allworked very hard and it wasgreat fun with the team,” MadhuriDixit added.
