CHANDIGARH – More trouble is brewing for NKSharma, Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Industryand Commerce and a close confidante of theBadals, as he started construction on yet anotherproject of his, Savitry Greens -II in Ghazipur village in Zirakpur.It is being developed by his M/s NK Sharma Enterprises Limited,without the mandatory environment clearance in violation of theEnvironment Protection Act (EPA), 1986. Only three days ago,the Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) had filed a criminalcase against Sharma’s M/s VN Sharma Builders Private Limitedin a Dera Bassi court for violating the Act by starting constructionon his project, Savitry Greens-I in Bishanpura village.
