To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the discovery of insulin, the Sikh Motorcycle Club of Canada is hosting a motorcycle ride in various cities and locations across Canada on July 31. The Sikh Motorcycle Club of British Columbia’s ride will start at 9:30 am from Gur Sikh Temple 33089 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC and finish at approx. 1:00 pm at Gurdwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib 15255 68 Ave, Surrey, BC. In British Columbia they are expecting approx. 50 riders.

This national motorcycle ride, with support of other motorcycle clubs across Canada, will raise funds and awareness to help support the work led by Diabetes Canada. The goal is to raise $100,000 in recognition of the 100th anniversary.
