Surrey RCMP Returns Lost Wedding Album To Indo-Canadian Couple

The found red velvet box had a broken lock and contained photos from an Indo-Canadian couple named Jatinder Weds Kulvir. Police have now identified the rightful owner after asking for the public’s assistance to return these valuable memories.

SURREY – Surrey RCMP had appealed to the public to help find the Indo-Canadian owners of a found wedding album but they were located after the story went viral Friday afternoon, including the LINK sharing it on our facebook.

Surrey RCMP said in a press release Friday afternoon that the owner of found wedding photo album, which was turned into our District Police office, has been located.

“Thank you to the public, media, and our policing and community partners for their assistance,” RCMP said.

On November 27, 2015, a red box was turned into the Surrey RCMP’s District 3 Community Police Office in Newton. The found red velvet box had a broken lock and contained photos from an Indo-Canadian couple named Jatinder Weds Kulvir. Police have now identified the rightful owner after asking for the public’s assistance to return these valuable memories.
