Chetna Association hosted a Nhrishi Valmik Day celebrations where special guests were honoured with awards. Recipients of the awards were Shiv Nahar, Mohan Bangar, and Ravinder Dhand. Balwant Kaur Mangat, first woman immigration consultant of south Asian origin in Canada and Sukhi Dhilon, School Board trustee candidate in Surrey, were on hand to present the awards.
