According to The Tribune’s report, “Hardeep was supposed to land in Amritsar on Jan 19. He also got a Canadian visa as his wife was settled in Canada. The relatives urged the Sarbat Da Bhala Trust to airlift Hardeep’s body. The deceased is survived by his mother and wife.”

AMRITSAR: Two Indians and a Pakistani national, all staff of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), were killed and six others injured in the attack claimed by Houthi rebels in Yemen.

The explosions were caused by “small flying objects”, possibly drones, that hit three petroleum tankers in Abu Dhabi.

The embassy in Abu Dhabi said on Tuesday that the identities of the two deceased Indian nationals have been established.

Hardeep Singh (26) of Mahisampur village in Rayya was among two others who were killed.Balwinder Singh, father of Hardeep, had also died sometime ago. Hardeep was the only son of parents and had married a few months ago, The Tribune reported.
