Ask for CCTV footage,” Tejpal toldreporters while he was being escortedout of the high court premises onTuesday after his bail plea was deferredtill March 4.When the matter came up for hearingbefore Justice Mridula R Bhatkar onTuesday morning, the defense soughtadjournment till Friday saying theircounsel Amit Desai will not be able toattend the case for some reason.The judge, however, pointed out that thefact that the chargesheet was filed onMonday was not brought to the court’snotice.In the view of changed circumstances,the court said that the hearing will betaken after two weeks while defensecounsel filling in for Desai pleaded topost the hearing on Monday.Tejpal has been permitted to remainpresent in the court on the next date ofhearing.
