Global Hindu Foundation has been organizing Diwali celebration in Surrey Memorail Hospital every year for the last seven years in which Diwali gifts of sweets and snacks are being distributed amongst service providers, guests and some patients. This year it was held on 21st October from 12.45-2.30PM.The greetings of “Happy Diwali ” were exchanged. The staff members every year look for it. The celebration was sposored by ACC, Raja Jewellers and Monica Vashishth.Sharon Frizol, the Volunteer Resource Manager of SMH cooperated and Dr. N.P.Tiwari, Kanti Dwivedi, Naresh Sharad, Kamla Tiwari, Pushplata Sharma and Veena Sikka helped in distributing the gifts to more than 450 guests. Acharya Dwivedi coordinated the celebration.
