While Akali MLAs and Ministers were getting the ill treatment all over North America last weekend, not all received a rowdy welcome. Akali leaders Surjit Singh Rakhra, Minister for Rural Development, Sohan Singh Thandal, and Member of Parliament Balwinder Singh Bhundar were welcomed at the Khalsa Diwan Society, Vancouver without any protests.
