In a recent book about former PM P. V. Narasimha Rao that when he was the Home Minister in 1984 Congress Govt. and when Indira Gandhi was assassinated, the Delhi police commissioner and other officers were called by PMO, and were ordered to give free hand to mobs to do their thing and kill innocent persons. Rao the Home Minister was bypassed and not included in that meeting. Another thing in Rao’s book confirms that when innocent person were being killed in Delhi he wanted to call the army to act against mobs to save innocent lives. But again he was over ruled by PMO. The Home Minister couldn’t do anything to save lives because Rajeev Gandhi was controlling everything.
These things confirm that 1984 Sikh Genocide was totally planned, organized and executed by the Rajiv Gandhi led Congress Govt. He had ordered Delhi police to give total freedom to mobs to kill Sikhs. That is why there isn’t a single case where police acted, Lathi charged, tear gassed or fired at mobs to scare them and save lives. In fact there are cases where police was helping mobs to kill Sikhs. That is why Rajeev Gandhi Government never took any action against the guilty police officers who had helped the mobs or failed to perform their jobs to save lives. In fact many of those guilty police officers were rewarded with promotions and medals.
Another thing Rajeev Gandhi led Government had done was to order all the Sikhs in Delhi police not to go out. Rajeev Gandhi knew that if Sikh police officers went out they will certainly act against the mobs killing, burning alive Sikhs with tires around their necks and raping women. The Sikh police officers will never be able to control themselves and would have certainly acted against the mobs and try to save lives. That is why the Govt. had ordered Sikh police officers not to go out, because they didn’t want police to act against mobs killing innocent Sikhs.
These things certainly confirms that 1984 Sikh Genocide was totally planned by Rajeev Gandhi led congress Govt. And congress leaders were leading and inciting mobs to kill Sikhs. And it is very disappointing when Indian Govts and Congress leaders still don’t want to accept that Rajeev Gandhi knew, had planned and always justified the innocent killings. I have one question to all those people who defend Rajeev Gandhi and say that 1984 killings were just due to mob reaction of Indira Gandhi’s assassination. Can these persons explain why mobs reacted so harshly and killed thousands of innocent persons in 1984, but when Rajeev Gandhi was assassinated then there was no mob reaction and no innocent killings in 1991 ? Didn’t anybody cared for Rajeev Gandhi and felt upset when he was killed ? Or was it because in 1984 Rajeev Gandhi was in power and give freedom to mobs to kill innocents but in 1991 Congress wasn’t in power to lead mobs to kill innocents ? Or was it because the killers of Rajeev Gandhi were Hindus and Congress couldn’t make it communal issue for their political benefits ? Similarly there was no mob reaction or innocent killings when Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated by Nathuram Godse.
All these things confirm that there is no such thing as mob reaction that will kill thousands of innocent persons. All such innocent killings are totally planned and executed by the ruling Govts who misuse their powers, incite mobs to kill innocent persons. Therefore it confirms that 1984 Sikh Genocide was totally planned, organized and executed by the Rajeev Gandhi led Congress Government. The Indian justice system failed to punish him but God certainly punished Rajeev Gandhi for his role in innocent killings. In Hindu mythology many Devi/Devtas are worshipped for killing the bad rulers of their times. And even now God has to send Devi/Devtas to punish the bad rulers like Indira and Rajeev Gandhi of present times.
