Indian ruling Governments are openly violating the constitution of India. But the judiciary and media etc. are acting dumb and have failed to raise voice against such violations of the constitution.
The Constitution of India says fair and equal justice to all the citizens. But the ruling Governments and political leaderships have openly followed the double standards of justice. One set of soft and favourable justice system for the ruling party associates and supporters. And very tough, quick to punish the justice system for people opposing the ruling Governments and leaderships, and minorities.
And to fulfill their double standards of justice the ruling Governments and leaderships have always controlled and misused the justice system, police, security agencies etc. When the ruling Governments wants to punish their opponents, human rights activists and minorities then they order security agencies, police etc. to act quickly to gather all kinds of evidence to charge and punish those guys. And following those orders the security forces, police etc. will act very smart and efficient to quickly come up with all kinds of evidence to charge their opponents, human rights activists and minorities.
But strangely these smart security forces and police etc. act Dumb and Blind when they have to investigate about guilty associates and supporters of the ruling political leaderships. And even the media has always failed to raise voice against such double standards of ruling Governments, leaderships, security forces and police.
And the worst of such double standards of justice system victims are the minorities. Whenever the minorities raise voice against the wrong doings of the ruling Governments then they are quickly called terrorists. And security forces and police will act quickly against them to kill them in fake encounters and police atrocities. Or come up with all kinds of evidence to bring them before Judges and get them punished and suffer in jails for years.
But the same ruling Governments, security forces, police act Dumb and Blind when the right wing Hindutava forces are involved in killing innocents belonging to minorities. Then they can’t find any evidence to frame charges and punish the guilty Hindutava forces. Over the years thousands of innocents belonging to minorities have been killed in the country. But the ruling Governments, security forces, police, justice system etc. have always failed to punish the guilty. All this because the ruling Governments and political leaderships have practiced the double standards of justice. Act very tough against the minorities. And act very soft, Dumb and Blind when it comes to the Hindutava majority.
Some people might think that my comments are harsh against the ruling Governments and justice system. But can anybody explain why the Governments, security agencies, police etc. act very smart and quickly in some cases. And act Dumb and Blind in others ? The same Governments and security agencies etc. even know everything about the activities of minorities terrorists in foreign countries. But the same Governments, secret agents, police etc. don’t know anything about the guilty who killed thousands of innocents in their capital city. The fact is that it all depends upon the orders of the ruling Governments and political leaderships. When they want the security forces and police can act smart and quickly to find all kinds of evidence to press charges and punish the guilty. But the same security forces and police act Dumb and Blind when the ruling Governments and leaderships want to protect the guilty.
Shame on such double standards of justice system and open violation of the constitution by the ruling Governments and political leaderships. Can anybody from the media and Human Rights agencies raise voice against such double standards of justice in the country ?
