Literary Reading
The next Literary reading will be held on Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in George Mackie library which is @ the corner of 84 and 112 street in Delta. Event will feature Two Great Literary Giants Dr. Sadhu Singh and Dr. Raghbir Singh Sirjna .
Dr. Sadhu Singh has a great name in Punjabi as a Critic, Punjabi Short Story writer, Dramatist, Translator and Historian. He is a great speaker with his own way of thinking. He will speak on issue of his own choice. Dr. Raghbir Singh Sirjna is a well respected name in Punjabi Literature Criticism. He has been Publishing Punjabi Literary Magazine ‘Sirjna’ since last forty Years. He has mastery as a Critic in Fiction. Man of few words will talk about today’s Literature and Cultural Issues.

PICS Launches KIDS CLUB
Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society announced the launch of its new program: PICS Kids Club. PICS Kids Club is for students in grade k-12 who need a little extra help with their school work and studies. The tutoring sessions are $20/hour and they run every Wednesday between 3:30pm to 5:30pm at PICS Society head office, 205-12725 80th Ave, Surrey, BC. Advanced English Conversation and Accent Reduction Classes
