COLD COMFORT: A man in his mid-forties, often seen begging for alms near the Shivala Temple, was found dead on a road divider last evening. The Amritsar administration has made temporary arrangements to provide night shelter to the poor at a defunct building, known as “Old Karam Singh medical ward”, to protect them from cold.
