Infrastructure Minister Amarjeet Sohi, whom the Toronto Star recently described as going from being a bus driver to $60-billion infrastructure chief, made his first visit to Surrey last week, where he attended a number of functions and meet and greets, including a breakfast at Surrey City hall hosted by mayor Linda Hepner.
