SURREY: Celebrating our diverse communities, the UBC Intercultural Online Health Network (iCON) has announced that the 2024 South Asian Health Forum: Healthy Living, Healthy Heart in collaboration with City of Surrey, will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Surrey City Hall.
The forum aims to provide essential knowledge and resources to help manage heart diseases, ultimately improving overall quality of life.
Esteemed health experts from the community will lead engaging presentations and discussions covering various topics such as nutrition, mental health, physical fitness, and more. Attendees will also have access to valuable community resources to aid in their journey towards better heart health.
This free South Asian Health Forum will be delivered in Panjabi, with simultaneous interpretation in English. Registration is open to all who are interested in enhancing their understanding of heart health and well-being.
