The highlight of the tournament was the final Open Men’s Division between Vancouver United and Temple.  Vancouver scored first and appeared to have the victory wrapped up in this tight match up but it was not to be as Temple quickly tied.  The game was hard fought throughout and once again Vancouver scored towards the end to secure their victory.   The final score 2-1 for Vancouver.

Another Vancouver team to claim the crown was the U14 Gold – Dasmesh.  Their game was a repeat of the same scenario.  A 1-0 lead was lost to a 1-1 tie.  Finally, with minutes left in the game they scored to take back the lead.  Final score 2-1and a first place prize trophy accompanied with medals.
