It seems time has arrived for ZeeTVs Afsar Bitiya, produced by RaakeshPaswan to bid adieu to its audiences. Theshow with a social message, whichemphasis on girl education lost its charmwith garnering low ratings in the recenttime.Reports on the show under scanneror going off air made rounds in themedia and finally few days back it was abreaking news on TOI.com on AfsarBitiya getting pulled by the channel to fitin their new show, Biwi Hai Sab JaantiHai, lined up for new year.If sources are to be believed thanthe show will see its last episode airingon 28th of December this year (2012).
When contacted, Mitali Nag akaKrishna of Afsar Bitiya stated, “Yes, it’sgoing off air but we haven’t received anyofficial date as such till now.Now that the show is going off airdefinitely I will miss everybody but I ampractical on the other hand and for melife goes on.”As Afsar Bitiya goes off, looking forwardfor some fresh line up by the channel!
