CHANDIGARH – A Sarab Saanjha Vichaar Manch (All-Inclusive Thinkers Forum) was founded on November 29, 2014 under the convenor-ship of Dr. Sawraj Singh in Panjab University, Chandigarh, to give call to intellectuals to be aware of social, economic and general problems of the public and to awaken the youth towards the harmful repercussions of drug addiction. The forum highlighted the need to check vulgarity being commercialized by the media and also the declining trend of honest, productive labor and workmanship which is imperative to lead a healthy and respectful life.
The motive of the Manch is to enlighten people in Punjab and outside to revive the healthy trend of living and to give full respect and recognition to all believers of ideals and purposeful living.
The convener of the Manch is Dr. Sawraj Singh. The Co-convener from Chandigarh is Engineer Gurpal Singh Sidhu. The Co-convener from Majha zone is S. Kashmira Singh Randhawa from Dhoonda village. The Secretary is S. Karam Singh Vakeel. The Joint Secretaries are S. Baljinder Singh and Dr. Kulbir Kaur. The Media Advisors are Dr. Iqbal Singh Dhillon and Dr. Talwinder Singh Buttar. Executive members are Baba Sarwan Singh and Architect K. S. Virdi. The Treasurer of the Committee is Mrs. Gurinderjeet Kaur.
