Acclaimed Actor-Writer-Director Rana Ranbir Brings The Laughs With “Good Man Di Laaltan”

SURREY – Punjabi actor, screen-dialogue writer and theatre director Rana Ranbir and his family have now made Surrey home and that is good news for art-film and theatre lovers.

LINK editor R. Paul Dhillon met up with the little-big man of Punjabi stage and screen this week to chat up the jolly fella and discuss several film projects with Ranbirt and to talk to him about his upcoming play “Good Man Di Laaltan” which he described as “a unique concept of comedy that will make you laugh, think and will bring an excitement to your life.”

“Good Man Di Laaltan” is a play about a common man, who is very frustrated and hopeless and wants to end his life.  But life brings a very positive change in him which makes him not only started loving his life but also bring joy into other people’s lives.

Ranbi r is aan actor,  writer, poet, novelist, a motivationalspeaker and more over a social worker.  These plays are very important part of Rana’s acting career.  He previously wrote and acted in many plays, including the much appreciated “Damru” & “Khetan da putt”, which he also brought to Surrey a couple of years ago.

“Good Man diLaaltan  brings to you the best and meaningful aspect of Punjabi culture, Punjabi literature, and art,” Ranbir said.
