MUMBAI – There might be a new twist to the Jiah Khan suicide case. Jiah’s mother Rabia Khan had alleged that Aditya Pancholi’s son (and Jiah’s boyfriend) Sooraj’s actions led to the actor ending her life, and produced a six-page letter apparently written by Jiah. Now, Aditya has also found letters in his house that Jiah apparently wrote to Sooraj, and claims to have given it for handwriting analysis.

“The police will do something, and from my side, I’ve given it to handwriting analysts. We are waiting for the reports. They will take a week. When you see it with the naked eye, it doesn’t seem to be written by the same writers (sic),” says Aditya.

Aditya says the police will do their duty, but if it’s proved that the suicide note is not written by Jiah, he will take legal action: “More than me, the entire society should. Of course, I am going to do my bit. Let the report come; I will take the call after that,” he adds.

Jiah reportedly committed suicide in her Juhu apartment on June 3. Sooraj, who was arrested on June 10 for allegedly abetting the suicide, has been remanded in judicial custody till June 27, and his bail application has been rejected.

Meanwhile, Rabia doesn’t seem bothered by Aditya’s plan and stands her ground. When contacted, she says, “If he (Aditya) wants to sue me, I am waiting for it. My daughter did not fear death, she feared love. Now she is no more…nothing matters to me. I don’t care about anything. I am in the jungle and I know the laws of jungle. That’s why I am fearless now.
