AKAL UNITED FC 2024 Tournament was organized at Newton Athletic and Kabaddi Park in Surrey from Friday 7th June to Sun 9th June.
Over 250 teams participated in this tournament. Various age groups range from kids aged 5yrs, to players under 40s, under 50s and under 60s participated in the tournament.
Guru’s langar was served all Saturday and Sunday by Dukh Nivaran Gurdwara Surrey. Club sevadaars cooked fresh pakoras, jalebis, and bread pakoras and served with tea, water and milk soda.
Headed by AKAL UNITED FC president Kulwant Hundal, club committee, club members, coaches and all the volunteers worked hard to make the tournament a big success.
AKAL UNITED FC registration is open for young players from ages 5yrs old to 10 years old for the summer and winter seasons.
Training schedule: 5-30 PM to 6-30 PM on Tuesday and Thursday at Kabaddi Park located at 70-122 St, Surrey [next to GNSG Surrey Gurdwara ]. Games organized for the young players on Sundays at Newton Athletic Park, Surrey.
