RICHMOND – Award-winning Italian eatery Bibo officially celebrated the grand opening of its second location, at Richmond’s McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Mall on Monday.

BiBo’s expansion plans don’t stop here: in addition to its existing Kitsilano location and the new YVR restaurant, BiBo is announcing that it will open its third location this summer, in Vancouver’s Olympic Village district.
From its Kitsilano debut in March 2011, BiBo has offered Vancouverites an escape to the far corners of Italy with their home-style, delicious and authentic Italian dishes. It has become the perfect destination for food and Italian lovers looking to enjoy exceptional Italian food in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
The menu is authentically simple and speaks to BiBo’s philosophy of preserving the traditional ways of Italian cuisine, perfecting staple dishes that are signature to any true Italian menu, with a focus on bringing the cuisine to life using all fresh and natural ingredients sourced from Italy. Their pizza crusts are hand-stretched and baked in a wood-fired oven and topped with Italian imports that include olive oil from Tuscany and Campania, Porcini mushrooms from Piedmont and olives and artichokes from a family farm in Salerno.
Fans of the original restaurant will recognize and enjoy their favourite menu items at the new location, conveniently located in the award-winning McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Mall. Delicious gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.
In celebration of the grand opening, BiBo is offering promotions at its new Richmond location only, including a discount on all bottles of Italian wine exclusive to the restaurant every Tuesday and Wednesday and a special Pizza and Beer at $ 18 every Monday until May 30, 2016
