PICS CEO Charan Gill was on hand with his PICS crew as they distributed blankets to Syrian refugees at PICS Head Office in Surrey Wednesday. More than 100 blankets will be given out courtesy of Surrey-Newton Rotary Club who graciously responded to a call by PICS, who have been helping scores of GARs (Government Assisted Refugees) settle in their new life in Canada.
